Perfect location with plenty of amenities near by, including a Walmart if you want to stock the mini fridge & use microwave in the room, Rooms are comfy, roomy & clean. I will definitely come again.

housekeeping schedule??

we stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned by housekeeping even though i went to the check in desk to request more towels after the 1st day of no housekeeping. The lady at the desk made notes in the computer to make sure the room was cleaned the next day. I had to go back to the check in desk the next day and request more towels. very disappointed

We had a reservation for a king bed. We checked in and the front desk didn’t mention there weren’t any king beds available. We discovered we had a queen when we walked in the room. We went back to the front desk for a change of rooms and we were told there were no king beds left. There was no offer to lower the price or even I’m sorry.

Check in wasn’t an issue. The lady checking me in was patient when I had an issue with my bank card and she even waived the pet fee for my dog after I had to deal with that. However, the next morning I went down to grab some breakfast with my dog, on a leash, and was told my dog wasn’t allowed down there at all, even in the general seating area. This is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. My dog weighs all of 11 lbs and doesn’t make a sound or cause any issues. Then while I was taking my dog back to my room, the same hotel employee asked me for my hotel room number. I’m not sure why this is information they need. I was treated poorly for simply having my dog at a pet friendly hotel. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
