The staff I encountered were great. The breakfast area was nice and clean. Breakfast choices were very good. When entering the hotel there is a very strong unpleasant odor. The room also was not good smelling. I purchased Febreeze and sprayed it around so I could tolerate being in the room. My clothing took on the room odor. Room was decent but outdated . Bathroom vanity was missing a few chunks of compressed wood. The room needed to be deep cleaned.

Great hotel but when I asked for a room with river view, they said because I got my reservation thru Expedia (3rd party) they put us next to elevator and it banged really Loud all night and woke us up multiple times each night. They said Hotel was full and they couldn’t move us.

Upon check in i found out that they did not have tap to pay. This forced me to use a form of payment I did not want to use for this trip. Also the A/C system did not work in common areas. The lobby smelled bad. The smell varied by day. It either smelled like industrial cleaners or a litterbox the next. Overall the room was fantastic! Very comfortable and clean.

Was easy to get Shuttled to Hotel from Airport! Only a Phone call away! Next morning after a nice Breakfast was able to be Shuttled to off site Car Rentals; returned to Hotel to check out with my luggage (Noon check out there, too) Very close… 3 miles from Car Rental. Loved the Convenience … made for very relaxing stay while attending a Family Reunion! I WILL BE BACK!
