Great hotel in Bricktown. Parking garage is right next to hotel and easily accessible , there is a fee. My room was a King, large and comfortable, had fridge and microwave. Great views of Bricktown and the ballpark. I was working downtown and this location was perfect for that, plus restaurant right next door

Your staff was inaccurate in entering both of our 2 license plates for the parking structure. This resulted in an inability to exit the lot, threats of enforcement from Metropolis, and the hotel’s false claims about there being a problem on the part of that company. Many emails and calls were made, and it became clear that Metropolis wasn’t the problem - your hotel was. Staff was shown a photo of one of our car’s license plates, and was given a very clear spelling of the other plate’s name, yet they made their way into your system with a misspelled letter for one and a missing letter for the other.

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Floors felt a little damp, but at least they were clean. The lobby area, pool area and buffet area were all clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfy, HVAC was a little loud but I was so tired from walking to the museum that I was still able to fall asleep, great pillows too. Only real complain was the bathroom sinked gurgled for like an hour anytime you used the bathroom sink. Like a slow drip gurgle that could drive you up a wall. At least it did me... Second Hampton I visited on this roadtrip and this one beat the one in Rockwall Texas by 99%. Would def stay here again just for the location, bed and pillows.

The staff are very kind and professional! It was a busy check in & check out, but they accommodated everyone swiftly. The hotel is very clean, including the pool area. We will definitely be saving this location as our prime destination when visiting OK City again. Thank you!
