It has been a good stay. I noticed our desk chair was in bad shape, so the next morning I told the hotel attendant. When we returned to our room after a full day of meetings, there was a new chair in the room. That counts for a lot to us!

I stay here whenever I'm in OKC. The desk staff are friebdly abd efficient especially A. My room was great.Bed was confortable and pillows were great! Breajfast was standard Hampton breakfast.

I checked in and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was very obvious dirt marks on the ledge. The light switch had a night light that reflected in the mirror and was bright and difficult to sleep. The refrigerator was noisy and kept making us think the door was opening. The curtains didn’t shut all the way and there were tiny holes that made it look like stars were coming in. The couch cushion was so flat. The bright spot to the stay was the kind front desk and how they decorated.

The front desk person was great and the breakfast was good. The hostess there did a great job! The property itself needs some work. The toilet would not flush in the first room we were in. The bathroom door dragged and the faucet sprayed in the second room. We don’t ask to change from that one. There was a nightlight that couldn’t be turned off, which really wouldn’t be a problem except it was located where it reflected in the mirrored closet door directly in your eyes in the bed! The coffee maker was not usable because the tray that holds the coffee was missing. The carpet in the halls and rooms was very worn and the chair in our room was badly stained. A member of management should actually spend a night in the rooms!
