All the employees that I spoke to the person that check me in about 9 o’clock at night and also the person to check me out totally polite and professional even in the housekeeping was professional. I was there a week. I always enjoy staying there when I visit Oklahoma City.

Very nice and welcoming staff. This was our dogs last travel trip with us=they have cancer. Staff was accommodating to our needs

First room given to us was dirty/had someone staying in it. When we alerted the front desk, they did not say sorry (or anything) and simply handed us a new room key with a new number. This room was cleaner but had crumbs on the bed and the towels in the bathroom were folded haphazardly. The hallway walls were beaten up and in need of a revamp, same with elevators. Breakfast was not great! I’ve had good stays at Home2Suites before but this wasn’t one of them

Hotel did not have the 2 queen rooms we reserved. They told us at check in that they gave away our room, so we got a room with a king bed and a pull out. This was not sufficient sleeping arrangements for our family. They also did not have a room ready at check in at 4:00. We waited over an hour for our room to be ready. By 5:15 we complained and they finally assigned us a different room. Our room’s bathroom door was broken. The latch was missing completely. This was not a good experience.
