Well the room was blazing hot when you walked inn overall just really in bad shap the pool waa green from lack of cleaning not sure why you need to pay a deposit for the night.
The property was nothing like shown in pictures. Holes were in the carpet, and the curtain part of curtain was hanging off. One front desk staff was great, the other rude.
Place looked good and clean online, but in real life, when we went it wasn’t like the pictures, not very clean and did not provide enough towels and I’m still waiting on my deposit I’m supposed to get back !
No remote for the room, over an hour spent trying to get into a room because the door wouldn’t open, the room was over 100 degrees and the room was dirty very dirty, fridge was nasty, and pillowcases was stained yellow
Did not check to see about reservation. Just said if made online they did not have a room available.

This property is a CHEAT! We booked online and arrived at 4:55pm, used my card to check in. Was charged again 2 days later as a “no-show” for $74.89!! I contacted the property even gave them my room number, confirmation from my bank that we were charged for their piece of crap room and he told me it was Expedia’s problem… contacted Expedia and they said it’s the properties problem as they listed us as a no show. Floors were gross, the microwave didn’t even work, the outlets or coming out of the walls and I’m still working on getting my money back! The front desk was super rude when I called to get my “no-show” charge resolved. Should have slept in the car!!
OYO in Oklahoma City is a dump. I was totally scared to stay there. The area was questionable at best, so I asked the front desk for a refund and they refused to give me one. I asked Hotels.com to call OYO and help me get my refund and OYO lied and said I was a No Show which was not true. I never got my refund. I stayed somewhere else.
I was made to run my card for $100 hold and told it would be back in my account in 3 business days. The next morning it posted and when I called they told me I was supposed to return and run it again
I waited an hour for the manager to get back to the office and another 45 minutes for him to give me a room. I was in my room for 15 minutes got in the shower and the middle door where the mirrors are started to shake like someone was trying to open it. The room door doesn’t even lock right. The air was smoky and it smelled like blacks and Cigarettes. The couch was broken. It was dirty. 10 out of 10 do not recommend
Badly needs updates. Our room had mold in so many places. There was cleaning rags left in places. We were changing and our door opened… the front desk assigned our room twice. I get it was a mistake but that’s astounding. Very bummed for the experience for the money paid. Prices need to be lowered or pictures correct.
A giant bug on the lampshade, hairs in the beds, holes in the wall… I don’t often leave reviews, but feel like I need to with this one. Never stay here if you want to feel safe and want a clean room. I left as soon as I saw the condition of my room. The place deserves to be be shut down. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen.
The place was not clean. A Cockroach came running across the bathroom counter while doing my makeup & no batteries in the fire alarm. They cleaned everyday but not must of did a good job because they left the cockroach under the cup i trapped him in. I have pictures
This is a hotel with ages. There are a lot of old style wood furnitures. But it is clean with a sofa inside. Consider its price, the room is good enough. The front desk man is helpful. The WIFI needs improvement.
Obviously not a 5 star, knew that based on price. Just wanted a clean bed. Got there and dropped off our stuff, seemed relatively fine. Came back after a night out and it was really late, anyway, the place was literally CRAWLING with roaches. Since after hours couldn’t do anything. Went in morning to ask for refund but they wouldn’t give all my money back. The guy at front even agreed the rooms have bugs. So super pissed they don’t even care at all about it.
