Stay somewhere else!

When we arrive we checked in and were given our keys. We went up to our room and the keys wouldn’t work. We went back down and go another set went back up and they didn’t work. We went back down and the lady at the front came back up with us and the keys wouldn’t work for her either. Turns out the battery in the door was dead. They didn’t have a tool they needed to change the batteries so we just said let us in our room and we will be fine. We got in the room and it was gross! The tub of the show was all patched up. There were 2 bars of used soap in the shower which tells me it hadn’t been cleaned. When it was time for bed I laid down and the pillows smelled like urine. I just put them in the floor and used m arm as a pillow. I would not stay here again.

Kind and Welcoming

We had a wonderful stay. The front desk clerk, Shelly was SO wonderful when we had a bit of a hitch in our get along. She was kind and understanding and made the entire process easy and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just right for a good start. Nice offering and kept full and clean. There are plenty of close by places to shop and eat. Didn't get to try the pool as it rained everyday we were there and it is an outside pool.

The door keys would not work, the iron was broken, the door handle to the room was not working properly, they did not have rooms available at check in, they made me wait, called and when I checked back-in they still had no rooms available. We've stayed her in the past and have enjoyed the hotel, but this time it was not a pleasant experience. No offer to give a credit for any of the inconvenience.

The overall hospitality and service was great. I stayed here a few months ago, and it's a lot better than another Inn. It is nice and clean, and beds are comfortable. Decent, continental breakfast.

A/C in the bedroom quit cooling on our second night, fortunately we had the A/C in the living area to help cool the suite. We informed the front desk at check out.
