Absolutely horrible. The smoke alarm kept beeping all night with a low battery. I talked to the guy at the front and he said he would have it taken care of and never did. The rooms didn’t have phones in them. Toilet paper crammed in the eye hole in the door. People hanging sheets to dry off their balconies and bags of trash in the hallway. They made me a pay a $20 incidental charge and said it would be refunded, but it wasn’t and when I called they wouldn’t answer. I finally got through and he said 4-5 days, but it’s been a week. Bathroom had hair shavings in the sink. I would have left, I had previously paid and was not allowed a refund. This motel really does need to be shut down or just made into some low grade living spaces. Definitely has the “you can cook meth here” vibe. Horrendous
This place should be shut down the operation by authorities such as city and state. I have some bad experiences with terrible accommodations elsewhere before. But this place is beyond what you think.
I decided “not staying” in the slummy facilities along with no service. I took photo shots as evidences to submit if required by authorities. Speechless.
There was sign to address “all sale is final, no refund “ on the window of prison meeting room like reception. Cancellations are welcomed for owner to make money, shame on you.
Front reception asked for a deposit but I booked online. The rooms didn’t have sheets on the bed. The heater didn’t work in the room. No one was picking up to help resolve the situation. Had to walk to the reception desk 2 different times so the could move me into a different room and the tv didntbwoek
Our room was loaded with beg bugs, my kids slept in the car that night. They refused to give us a refund got ahold of Expedia they was suppose to help but have heard nothing.

The non smoking room smells smoke and even all over isle smells bad. The ac/heater not workung properly. Not provide blanket at all. Can you imagine sleep in a smelly room in the winter with no blanket at all? I asked blanket to the staff he said that's the standard of the hotel not giving a blanket
This property had no hot water it was barley warm I had t change rooms cause the tv wouldn’t plug up and then when I changed rooms the peep hole in the door had tissue in it it only had 1 lock on the door. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and was on for 15min or more. I was not happy at all mouse traps with mice on them outside and dog poop outside around the room parking lot

This was the nastiest place i ever been to, since i got into the room there was roaches on the floor, mold on the bathrooms wall, bed bugs on the bed and smelled so bad.. the guy who was at the desk was really nice helped me with everything but i don't recommend this for your own health... i went to another hotel instead
Room next door was fighting and had loud music all night. Front desk closed so couldnt get anything done about it. Wemt to check out next morning and get my deposit back (which was not informed about till checking in) and office was closed and didmt open till nine. I was leaving at 8 am and was locked. Terrible stay wouldnt recommend.
I have stayed in many hotels but I have never known of a hotel to close so that when someone arrives after they "close" they cannot check-in. I was fully aware of the option I booked but it was not listed anywhere on the website that this hotel closes from 12 am - 9 am. My family (we have 2 small children) arrived after midnight and all I wanted to do was check in and put my kids to bed(they were so tired). Upon arrival, no one was at the desk and there was no access to the lobby. We had to wait inside a little foyer as we waited for someone to help us, we called the hotel, knocked on windows, and even called the fire marshall on accident. After sitting there and waiting for 2 1/2 hours we were forced to find another place to stay. So I had to get another Uber and try to find another hotel. I asked for a refund and they refused. Ok, I get that it said non-refundable but there are instances where you have to be willing to work with the customer. Had that information been printed or communicated to me, I wouldn't have pushed the issue. But it was not, and I could not check-in. When a business isn't willing to be flexible with its policies it tells me they don't care about its customers, they only care about $$$...that's not the type of company I want to do business with.
