Highly disappointed.

I am disappointed in the service. For the amount of money I spent staying here for a considerable time, I asked more than once for housekeeping to sweep the bathroom floor. How hard is it to do that? And not once did the coffee cups get replaced over 9 days. My request was ignored. I will not be staying here again.

Disappointed with my fav hotel in the OKC area!

Although this is my favorite hotel while visiting OKC, it did not live up to my expectations this time around. I had to call maintenance every day of my stay as the toilet in the room would never fully flush. After day 3 (I was there 4 days) I gave up and hoped that I could check out before needing to utilize the restroom before my departure. Sad to say they didn't offer to comp me for any thing during this situation. Very disappointed. Otherwise the room/hotel is a very nice hotel.
