There was a big wet spot on the floor on the bedroom side of the shower. We told maintenance and they came up quickly, then there was a huge wet spot on the OTHER side of the bed. We told the front desk but nothing was done. Every time my husband got out of bed he had to step on a cold wet carpet. We had to pile all our stuff up on the couch so it didn’t get wet.

The rooms were great but the one thing that stood out was the excellent service we received from the staff. Friendly courteous accommodating and professional. I’d recommend this hotel based on the culture instilled through the training of the people employed there. The front hotel as well as those working at the restaurants and pool area were outstanding.
