Had a mouse in my first room. They changed me to a room (non-smoker) that smelled like 20 year old stall cigarettes. Second room had cockroaches. Had a 3 night stay reserved. Left after 2 with no compensation.

The room wasn’t very clean and our toilet was broke. Shower head was falling out of the wall and our phone in the room didn’t work to call front desk. I will probably never stay at this hotel again.

I would like to request an immediate refund for my stay at the Ramada Oklahoma City near the airport. The address is 2200 S Meridian, Oklahoma City, OK, 73108. The reasons why are: 1) The refrigerator was not working and no one fixed it and my medicine went bad. In addition, 2) I found four different types of insects in the room, 3) The guest above me on the second floor was up all night long and I did not sleep a wink For my 7am flight out of the Oklahoma City airport. The total cost was 63.91+ a $50 deposit. Please refund that amount as soon as possible. Been staying here almost a month and love it here. The staff is amazing they don’t harass their residents, the housekeepers are great they don’t bother anyone either everything works. The ONLY issue i have is sometimes they don’t have meat for breakfast and it’s very limited on options.
