Manager was really nice he let me check into my room ahead of time before 3:00 that was cool room was really clean nobody messed with me just quiet wasnt a bad stay for the price

Room smelled horrible like wet mildew or mold carpet was old and nasty. Roaches all over the room. One exit door was by our room and it was broken so you heard it slam all night on top of no key card worked for door you could just open it up. Many homeless and drug addicts just hang out at the facility right by every door. I didn’t feel safe at all on top of the latch on our room door was broke as well like it had been kicked in

Low income Welfare Housing. Hotel is filthy - surfaces have not been cleaned in months. Paint peeling off of walls in the room, A/C was beyond filthy both return and vents. Temperature is restricted so hot, furniture is worn out, pain splatter in chairs, Room door had no security lever . Posted at the desk is a $10fee for each person visiting a room After midnight.: this accommodates the prostitutes offering services. I learned from Oklahoma that MERIDIAN STREET ZISCA HOTRID SREA ON HOMLESS,DRUGS AND PROSTITUTION. The once nice restaurants are boarded up and closed. No one should stay at this hotel.

The staff there is absolutely rude and it didn’t every hotel I ever said that or rent it at I’ve always allowed children to stay and when I allow my children to stay so I have to go completely across the way at the Wyndham to spend an additional $170 for my children’s stay over there which I had to go back-and-forth all night alone checking on them which I end up having to stay over there because they had roaches there and when I asked for my money back, they denied it so I had to wait till my check out day and then when I went to get my money back me and Attend it at the counter I’m assuming he must’ve been the owner because he talked very rudely. He said this is not a homeless shelter not homeless at all. He is very judgmental and I would never rent at this place again. He threatened to keep my deposit because of how he acted so he knew he was wrong and he tried to apologize at the end, but at the end of the day, I don’t want his apology because to treat someone the way he did without knowing them until you realize that they was not that kind of person was absolutely Rude unprofessional and I would never run there again and I would never refer any of my friends to rent there for family!!!

Beds are terrible, but great service!
The service was great, the hotel itself smelled of marijuana, even on the non smoking floor. The beds were so firm that my husband and I tossed and turned all night (we’re in our 30s) and were sore the next day. It felt like plywood. They do not clean the rooms everyday. Our room was spacious, good sized tv, nice bathroom, even a small store downstairs for food, drinks and miscellaneous things you may have forgotten. I would not stay here again simply for the mattresses. Everything else I could get over.

Internet Connection Terrible
I would not stay at this hotel again for one reason: the Internet connection was terrible. The signal was weak, it often dropped out, and when it connected it was very, very slow. I talked to the front desk about this and they said the Internet was working just fine, and that it was a problem with my "device." But my "device" worked just fine at all other hotels on this trip. There were a number of other smaller issues. My room key stopped working every day during my three-day stay. Breakfast was mediocre. But the room was large and comfortable.

The room of roaches room 127.
I stay at this hotel quite often and have never experienced what i did on this trip. As soon as i entered the room (127) i saw roaches in the bathroom. If it hadn't been so late i would have requested a room change immediately, but it was and i was tired, so i unpacked and went to bed. Shortly thereafter i woke up startled because something had crawled across me. After turning the lights on it became evident what it was ROACHES! There were several on the bed and the wall. My better half was so distraught she didn't sleep the rest of the night and when we checked out i brought all of this to the attention of the hotel owner and was offered an apology. When i ask for compensation i was told they didn't see any roaches when the room was checked during the day. I told him if he needed me to i could go show him several that i had smashed against the wall. He didn't want me to.

I stayed two days at this property. Every interaction with staff was less than satisfactory. They were rude and unhelpful. Breakfast closed early. There was no hot water the first part of the stay and no cold water the second half. There was a roach in my room along with other unidentified bugs. The facility was old and out of date. The battery was dead in the tv remote. Lastly, the hvac did not cool the room down on 100 plus degree weather. By far, the worst booking I have ever done at any hotel I have stayed.
