This was a nice hotel in a good spot. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. However, even being on the 12th floor it was extremely loud. You could hear everything going on outside at night and it sounded like people were drag racing at times. There was no housekeeping during our stay and we needed to ask for more towels bc we were only given 2 for our 6 night stay. We asked for them to take out our garbage bc we had pizza, but they dropped off the towels on the table and left. They didn’t even take the old towels or give us new hand towels or wash cloths. On the first night we needed more body wash and they put the bottle on the table outside of our room and we had to put it in the holder in the shower. Not the end of the world. I would still stay here again. I do not suggest getting the breakfast package. It’s $20 per person and nothing on the menu is $20. Most things are $10-15. We were definitely ripped off for this.

Paid for a club level room. Could not access the club lounge. Key system kept malfunctioning and could not access the lounge. Key system also locked us out of our room on multiple occasions. We had to use the same towels for our entire stay. We stayed for 3 nights and room never got cleaned during our entire stay.

On c/o day my door lock battery died. Had to wait outside my room for almost 30 mins for maintenance to come and unlock the door. We were behind our traveling schedule for about hour and a half due to this delay. I understand batteries die (my brother and I worked in hotels for combined 40+ years, mostly Starwood hotels and four seasons hotels). But to wait in city hotel for almost 30 mins for someone to arrive, no good.

Filthy rooms, sofa missing cushions, dirty windows, broken furniture. No restaurant. $34 for valet to park your car on the street overnight. Staff completely unconcerned with the atrocious state of the hotel.

Room had a slight smell. There was dog hair all over the couch. You could see what looked like either water damage or wet wall paper. Also there was some old worn night stands. The furniture overall was kinda worn. Also I was told I needed my card to reach my floor and use the elevator and other amenities but that wasn’t the case. Some stuff needed a card like the weight room, but the elevator and pool I could go in whether I used my card or not. They had signs on the wall and elevator that said they had a game room but that wasn’t the case. Also they advertise the spa, but when I went to try go they were booked up for a couple weeks so it was out of the question. The service was pretty good and everyone was nice for the most part. Valet guys were pretty cool.
