Great staff and the property is very nice. Room was fantastic only thing that could have made it better was a microwave in the room or at least in the ice vending machine room otherwise a perfect stay!

Disappointed that you cannot sit at the bar if youre not 21 and not drinking. My son U.S. Navy who is 20 years 361 days old and traveling back to his duty station could not sit at the bar with me. He was not drinking as we know the law. I belive that was a bad judgement call, especially if he's not drinking. Nevertheless the server was good.

I was very disappointed that you have to pay for parking and this is not included for hotel guests. The cost of breakfast is ridiculous for what you're getting. We had a dog barking in the room next to us at all hours of the night and did not have conditioner or body wash in the showers. Overall a very disappointing stay and we will not be back.

My husband and I stayed Tuesday through Thursday. We have stayed at this hotel on another occasion. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. I really enjoyed the patio. A bit disappointed that the carpet in the room had several stains and spots and appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. Overall, good stay.

Fine stay, with nice surprises
A perfectly nice, clean hotel with premium soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Very close to arena for concerts and basketball (1.5 blocks). The nighttime restaurant is poor, the service is basic, but the bfast was pretty decent. The check-in was good, quick, and the attached parking was a big plus. The gym does the job, I did not use the pool. Overall would recommend to anyone needing to lodge in the area.
