Take some ear plugs and your own mattress.
Well the bed was uncomfortable and i could hear all the traffic passing by on I-40 will not be recommending this Hotel so with that being said the price was too high!

Nice stay.
We got in late due to our flight and rental car issues at the airport. The counter agent at the hotel was amazing, welcoming and friendly. Quiet room and clean. The only negative was the fire alarm that went off at 8am.

Clean facility, conveniently located just off highway. Sizeable room, comfy bed and nice sitting are with tv that swivels between bedroom and living area. Plenty of places to eat around. Breakfast was really good.

Springhill Suites always meets or exceeds our needs. Only one thing could be improved. They need to check and service their fitness equipment. There was a stepper that was out of service and a treadmill that was not in the best of shape.

Our "go to" place!
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times, as a couple (just husband and I), with our adult daughter, or when traveling with grandchildren. We have never had a bad experience, not with the staff (always super friendly, always smiling!) not with the room, (comfortable beds, separate area with sofa, mini fridge, microwave, even a mini kitchen sink!) our room has always been SUPER CLEAN, important when traveling with little ones who seem to be able to find every missed crumb or dropped chip!! Breakfast is always fresh, hot. This property is near several restaurants, Starbucks, a Walmart as well as the OKC Outlet Mall with even MORE RESTARAUNTS!!!! The hotel has a nice indoor pool (NEVER trust Oklahoma weather!!) as well as a nice gym. As the title says, this is our "go to" place to stay when visiting OKC!

The mattresses were beyond used and need replacement in rm214 including the couch hide-a-bed. Wet mopping the 1st floor bathroom at 9am during breakfast hours is not good timing. The rolled up carpet in the stairwell means improvements are being made, however. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, rooms were clean. OKC surely needs to address the homeless community, but this statement DOES NOT reflect this hotel but should be said hopefully reaching the needed ears.

Hotel was clean on the inside but there was more litter outside on the grounds that needed to be addressed. Rooms are huge! Actually are too big. Not enough furniture for size of room.
