The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were within walking distance to a few places to eat, which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was also pretty good. We were on the side of the building closest to the freeway, and it was fairly noisy at night. However, the only real complaint was the cleanliness of the floor. Everything else seemed to be clean, but the floor had not been cleaned in weeks I’m sure. There were spider webs, dead bugs, crumbs, hair, and plastic all along the walls and under the counters/tables.

Ants in room.

The hotel was nice. The staff member who checked us in was not very friendly. We had small ants in our room, I killed at least 20 in the time we were there, about 8 hours. The front desk wrote the problem in their staff book and apologized by saying that it is spring and is to be expected. I did take a dead one to the front desk to show them.

A Great Stay!

We had a great experience at The Winslow! The service that we received at The Winslow was excellent. We were greeted and taken care of by Jerry (from Irving, Texas) at the front desk, he handled ALL of our needs, please let him know that we appreciate him! We spent some time at the bar and our amazing Bartender was Stephanie, again, very nice and so much fun!! My son is moving to Oklahoma City in a few months and we will certainly be guest at The Winslow again!

All went very well. Oklahoma City doesn't separate trash, so I had to deposit small batteries alongside paper. That got the eco score down but it's not the hotel's fault. The only discomfort we felt on a hot spring evening was that the a/c blew right at the desk. Couldn't change that. We' recomend this hotel *****
