Just OK stay
So I chose to pay when I stay option. They charge my card at 2 o’clock in the afternoon Well before I checked in. The air conditioning and the refrigerator were so loud. They woke me up at least three times that night while I was sleeping.

Seemed much older and not as clean and updated than other Tru Hilton we have stayed in during our travels. Not a very nice area. Did not feel safe.

The AC is extremely loud, it sounds like the compressor is going out. The tiny refrigerator was defrosted with the water going to the floor. Mechanical shades with the controls 12 feet away and unlabeled. Great staff! The facility is below the Hilton standard.

All the things we really love about a Tru, no carpet, no frills, no hassle. It was clean and the staff was nice. The free breakfast was fine, all that we have come to love and expect from a Hilton Tru. Our only complaint, this is not a great part of town. We felt safe and comfortable, don't get me wrong, however, I don't think I would be out walking around the area after dark. Not to sound dramatic or anything, just an observation..

Check-in took over 45 mins. First, the guy couldn’t find our reservation; then, he couldn’t get his key card machine to work after he did. The lobby was disgusting; there was trash and huge stains on all the furniture. When we finally got to our room, hair and dirt were all over the bed. The floor wasn’t swept. The bathroom was dirty, with hairs everywhere. Couldn’t switch rooms because was told they were full. Will not ever stay there again.
