The rooms had very clean vinyl flooring. It is so much more clean than carpet. We hate staying in hotels with carpet because you never know what has been on the carpet.

Upon entering the room found that there was no couch which showed included in my booking as well as lamps were broken off walls or didn't work at all bed was of decent comfort pillows were extremely too soft and just melted upon laying on them floor was clean-ish but once you laid your towel on the floor it was immediately dirty from the silt on the floor.

All the ladies that work the front desk were rude and not helpful. Only the tall, thin African-American lady and one male that worked one of the days during our stay were nice and helpful. The cleaning staff doesn’t clean. They said housekeeping is every other day and even then they don’t do the beds, don’t replace towels, don’t leave toilet paper, don’t refill the hand soap or don’t take the trash out. Every days was something! I had to call to ask every time in the evenings when we came back to the room for any of these items they failed to replace: towels, toilet paper or hand soap. One day I was told in a very rude way they didn’t have hand soap so we were two days without it. Another day they didn’t have fresh towels! Besides, they aren’t keeping up with the building. In the bathroom, the tiles are coming off the wall. Very uncomfortable stay. The worst we’ve ever experienced!!

We had to make a quick trip for a family emergency and the night front desk lady was so very kind to me. I have recommended more people going to visit over the week to stay there and I'll be returning this week as well. Thank you so much for the kindness and the great service! The room was great, it was close to the hospital and close to a store so everything was right there for us.

We always stay here when traveling to OKC it is centrally located to all of the activities we enjoy. Very clean, friendly curious staff who go out of their way to remember us from our retuned visits. My one complaint is that the light switch lights up when it’s turned off and dark, it just isn’t bright enough to see in the dark. I always have to bring a nightlight for bathroom visits in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we are very comfortable and will continue to use Tru by Hilton

Check in was at 3 pm. We got there at 3:30 to check in and our room was still not ready. After waiting 15 min we were told our room is ready. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. She said our room was not ready bc of the Type of room we chose. Which was a standard 2 queen room. Also the AC made a continuous noise. It was loud and horrible. My cousin stayed in the same hotel and she had the same noise. I would not stay at a Hilton hotel again.
