This hotel was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and quiet. It had the best complimentary breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel with so many options to choose from. The staff were all attentive and friendly. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The rooms were so large and the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds ever! We had the best sleep.

We always thoroughly enjoy our stay at the Pomeroy. We won’t stay anywhere else; however, this time we didn’t appreciate the front desk person phoning us and reminding us of the check out time as we were making our way down to check out. We stayed many times now and we know when check out is.

Only thing was not okay with mattresses both of them were rock hard. I hv back pain and wokeup three times during the night due to pain. The back got stiff and it was a long painful day.

A lovely stay for grad

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and my girls loved the breakfast and the waterslide. The lack of gluten free options and no late check out, would be our only complaint. More disappointment than a complaint. We loved the hotel and would certainly return. I know the employee at check in was fantastic. He was accommodating and quick for an extra blanket and a missing do not disturb sign. He was friendly and kind about it. Not at all inconvenienced or annoyed. Just a desire to make our stay better. It’s small things but we’ve stayed in many hotels the last several months due to our circumstances and some hotels were not as willing to be accommodating or kind for extra towels or a blanket. So I appreciated not only the extra blanket but his demeanor and tone when I asked.

The receptionist was very pleasant and greeted us promptly. The room was very clean and quiet, it was like no one else was in the hotel. I found my bed to be too hard. My travel companoin found her bed to be perfect and had a great sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and will use it again in the future.
