There must have been a party or something going on at our floor! We was awoken around 2pm with loud banging and shouting from one of the rooms down the hall. We tried to call the front desk and complain but there was no answer! This noise went on for some time throughout the night!!! Couldn't get any sleep that night! Told the front desk when we went to check out in the am and they told us that we had to contact Expedia direct! The Hotel couldn't do anything to credit our account! Spent most of the morning trying to contact Expedia without success! NOT HAPPY!!!
