The young lady at the desk went above and beyond in fulfilling our requests. My son and I wanted to enjoy the downstairs lounge and fireplace. Rock music was playing which I think is highly inappropriate for such a peaceful place. But the clerk happily turned it off while we were in the lounge. Lovely grounds for sitting and relaxing.
