Fair stay

The hotel was in a good location! The title floor was being replaced in the main lobby. To get to check in you had to go the rear entrance of the hotel to enter! The hotel check in counter was not accessible! The hotel employee had to bring the paperwork out to be signed! Parts of the lobby was shut down for two days! The ice machine was broken and no ice available!

Good Stopover in South Memphis Area

Nice location and building was in great shape. Amenities were lacking. No hand soap or face soap at the sink. No hair conditioner in the shower. Blow drier did not work. Will use this hotel again, and will recommend to others. Please work on the amenity issues.

It’s literally a place to rest for the night. No frills. The staff didn’t say much to welcome me. Just how can I help you. I need an ID. Gave me a non smoking and pet policy to sign. Handed me a key and said have a nice night. Didn’t even point out where my room was or give instructions for the WiFi. The room “looks” clean but it’s just a basic wipe down. There are splatters on the doors and walls from where something was spilled. There’s not even a dresser for clothes. Very basic but fine for just a night.
