Rooftop pool is closed all day until 4:00PM! Crazy! So when the sun is out, you can’t get se the pool. The staff at the rooftop restaurant are unattentive and very very slow! Ground floor restaurant which is open for breakfast is excellent and has attentive friendly staff. Hotel is clean and in excellent condition, all other staff are helpful and considerate. Why is the best amenity (the rooftop pool) closed all day? Every day??

The cleanliness was very good. The staff did not share smiles. At least some did not. Only 2 things i was NOT pleased about.. 1- The restroom smelled very foul.. It was very difficult to tolerate the smell while taking a shower.. 2- The TV did not work. I was only there for a day. Im sure this is not the experience of all guests

A little improvement ti make your hotel better
Upon check-in and check-out, all is well, The hotel needed to check if all remote control batteries were in good condition; hand towels and floor rugs should provided upon check-in. The food does not much with the price, they need to improve the flavor of their dishes.

Its not bad. But there's a lot of room for improvements. Price is quite reasonable but needs to improve a lot in the reception because its the first impression of the guest that matters, especially after travelling from a long distance or abroad. Maybe put some drinking water or maybe put some soothing sound system or change the ambience of the lobby as it looks and feels like a factory.

The staff are very rude especially the front desk staff Aila which has the worst customer service Ive ever received in my life. She was very unprofessional, unaccomodating…she lacks basic skills to politely deal with customers. She needs to be fired ASAP because shes a disgrace to the hotel and the paying customers of which she is supposed accommodating and polite to.

Great hotel except my room was bugged!
I checked in and went to my room, but discovered that the key wouldn't open the door. I was reissued a another key and I dropped off my luggage. I returned to my room later and discovered large bugs crawling on the bathroom floor. Soon after, I noticed bugs also on the walls in the bedroom area. I requested a different room and was satisfied thereafter!
