This place should be shut down - forget about the reasonable price because when a property is this run down they shouldn't be taking anyone's money! It was dirty and poorly equipped and l am surprised it would pass health and safety regulations. We were booked for two nights but only tolerated one and that was because it was too late to cancel. It's an utter disgrace.

The hotel is great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the decor is very fun and clever. The rooms are well configured, just small. We’re traveling for three weeks so were a bit overpacked but made it all work. It’s a quick walk to central town, which was great after dinner, and nice to be out of the hustle + bustle.

Its always a joy to stay here. Service was not as good as usual this time but the setting makes you forget the hiccups

The cutest hotel. AC was spectacular. In a great location - near the beach and easy walk to town. Would absolutely stay there again.

The property is beautiful. Well designed and reasonable in size. You instantly feel a sense of home. Staff is very welcoming and easy to talk to.

It's a beautiful property, perfectly maintained. Staff is great, helpful and friendly, food at breakfast is great and the views are unbelievable. Most definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to Biarritz, it is definitely worth it.

Just across the beach - good beach towels provided by the hotel, walking distance from restaurants, ocean walk, les Halles. Great breakfast buffet included. Junior suite was great for us and 2 teenage daughters.
