Our fridge didn’t work. So, the hundred dollar pizza order, and leftovers for the morning, got thrown away. Staff member at desk didn’t seem to care about it. Other than that, it was clean. Except for the dining area downstairs. They had a large group of people that were obnoxious. They were sneezing and hacking all over the lobby.
Everything about the stay was wonderful except for the king size bed. It was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in at a hotel in a very long time! That is my only complaint.
Wished the jacuzzi was working we loved the breakfast we love the staff it was our first time there and he really enjoyed the area definitely want to be back there very affordable for what we got
I didn't particularly care for the sliding door for the bathroom - no privacy lock and no privacy at all actually. However, everything else was excellent.
Overall experience was great the only unfortunate thing is that when laying in the bed it was very firm and uncomfortable I ended up getting chronic back pain in my lower back. And my room was not cleaned the very next day when I came back.
I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, lobbies, and overall property. Walking throughout the hotel felt of high quality. The pool and jacuzzi were of decent size and clean. The morning breakfast was excellent to say the least. The staff were very polite and courteous. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
