The property itself is great. I had a really loud family staying above me and the kids stomped on the floor for hours as I was trying to go to sleep. I called the front desk who asked them to be quiet but that backfired and they were louder than before I complained. They checked out that morning so the second night I had was better.

The property was clean, front desk staff were nice, free daily breakfast was great. But that is all. The hall smelt like chlorine from the pool on the first floors, they aren’t aware of whom is the guest and whom are homeless. Me and my wife ate breakfast next to a homeless man who was roaming around the hotel, he even went into the elevator, then I saw him panhandling later that day right on the corner of the property, we couldn’t believe it. I do not think this it is a safe location as there are a lot of drug addicts roaming the streets, I went out to my car in the morning, a man with no shirt or shoes on look like a zombie tripping out in the corner by the trash of hotel, I was actually afraid to even go to my car so I went back up to my room. The staff never cleaned my room until I requested it, we stood 7 days, then when they did clean all they did was vacuum, we came back from a hiking day to no towels, no shower curtain, bed unmade but floor was cleaned. I mean it was definitely not a great experience, I called front desk about the issue and she was alone and had to come up herself to make my bed and give me a shower curtain and towels. Its ridiculous. The place looks nice but beware. We will not be staying here anymore that’s for sure.
