Room was comfortable. Disappointed that the only places open for breakfast on Monday and Tuesday was small eatery on the boardwalk. Island Grille was amazing. Fun place to spend a few days for our Anniversary.

The hotel lobby staff was great, the hotel lobby is behind everything, and no direction or signs to to get there. We ended up walking the long way around the building, with kids and luggage, in the rain, per there directions!

The hotel is attractively appointed; I especially liked the Northwest Coast native art used throughout the public spaces. The room was comfortable, and I especially appreciated the pool. However, we would liked to have had a map of the hotel, as the layout was confusing. There was no information in the room about either the location of the pool, or the internet access. I couldn't use the internet because it was unsecured, but it wouldn't let me choose to use my personal hotspot. The spa is very nice, but when the jets were turned on, the chlorine fumes burned my eyes.

I want to stay in tower 1 and can’t stay in the newer tower … tower 2 is old and run down and I was over looking the roof of the other buildings ugly and kept curtains closed… you could do better little creek casino … do better!!! Lucky eagle has better rooms so maybe I will stay there…

Stayed in room 343 and did not care for it. Been here many times and the rooms are fine. But not 343. It's clearly designed for someone in a wheelchair, which I am not, and the bed does not face the television. Never been in a hotel room where the bed did not face the tv. Inconvenient and uncomfortable. Please don't book me in this room again.
