someone was talking about a vehicle break in when we checked in, using a card to access elevator, we realized we weren't in a safe neighborhood and it was unsettling. Check in lady had a movie on her phone and volume high as we checked in - was so rude.

The staff were attentive and polite, there was a breakfast buffet, it is convenient and quiet for our cross country drive, the guests were kind and polite. The room was tired, towels could be updated / refreshed because these didn’t have much life to clean left in them.

Love the brand, just not this location. Need to move the smoking area away from the front and only door. Stayed on the top floor and unless you are used to big city noise all night long, you should probably find another location. 24/7 ridiculous vehicles with either no exhaust or loud exhaust. Of course this noise is not controlled by the hotel. Best bbq ever down the road at the rib shack.

The hotel is old but renovated especially the elevator and the main floor. However everything looked clean, staff is nice, comfortable bed and overall pretty good experience. The kiddie pool is great for families under age 13. The pool is pretty shallow. Hot tub is nice but there were a lot of people and some very drunkm

This was our first stay at this hotel, and it is now our favourite on our frequent travels along this route. Beds and pillows were very comfortable for us weary travellers. Loved the massaging pressure in the shower! The room was very clean and quiet (despite being right beside the elevator). No loud, noisy fan in room. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of great tasty choices. We really enjoyed our stay!

Was told they called us about pool and hot tub closure, we received no such call. Hallway smelled like paint. There were a lot of noise outside of our room. Front desk lady had an attitude the whole time while checking in.
