We went to a concert at Chi Center and this location was perfrxt and a 5 minute walk. Also close to all kinds of dining, bars and cool.shopping. Room was big and bed was great!

The check in was very good, the young lady, Kat(?) was super in all aspects. on the other end of the spectrum was the lack of complimentary items such as toothpaste. I do not travel extensively but when I do there is usually a small toothpaste available as part of the rooms amenities. the breakfast was phenomenal, same with the staff!

Rooms were suseptible to outside noises.
We could hear all of the hallway noises, flushing of the toilets in the other rooms, the constant car noises from outside, conversations from connecting rooms. While on the elevator, another hotel guest was talking amongst themselves and mentioned the same concerns.

Amazing location - so much to do and see right outside the doors of the hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room and property were clean. Hotel was quiet through the night. We would have liked a microwave in our room and fan in the bathroom. Other than that - outstanding. We will stay here again.
