Enjoyed the staff, the complimentary drinks, the pool temp was great! I loved that I could plug my Xbox into the tv. Lots of hotels do everything they can to prevent you from playing your Xbox. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience.

We love the Omaha downtown Embassy Suites. It’s the perfect size for my large family. It feels safe for the kids and relaxing for the adults.

Unfortunately we did not like staying here this time around. Our king bed was broken and made obnoxious noises if you so much as wiggle while laying down. The bathroom tub would not drain so you were standing in ankle deep water while showering. The towel bar was broken off the wall and yet housekeeping just kept putting it up and putting towels on it only for it to come crashing down when you grabbed one. The sofa sleeper was horrendous. The mattress was only about 3 inches deep with broken springs in it. Like you could see them sticking up so my girls couldn’t sleep on it. Plus it was so grossly stained that you couldn’t pay me to sleep on it. The rest of the hotel was nice. Great breakfast in the mornings and really close to everything. I just wish the rooms were nicer for the price. Won’t be staying here again.

Excellent stay and perfect for a family. We swam, we dined, we all slept well. The breakfast was incredible and a perfect way to fuel up before the zoo. Pro-tip: the omelet bar is amazing and they also have bacon and blueberry and chocolate chip pancakes.

Solid for family trip, awesome breakfast!

Breakfast was awesome. Kids loved the pool! Housekeeping didn’t really straighten up the room which was a surprise. We did get new towels and trash was removed. Beds were ok, we slept well but nothing plush. Overall very solid for two night family stay (we have 4 kids). Adult may not want to stay on couch bed, not very comfy.

Great checkin staff, spacious, quiet rooms, our bathroon could have used a little TLC though. We told a staff member about a broken table in the dining area that another family had pushed aside because they almost spilled their food. The staff member very politely said he knew, and then put the still broken table back out for use.

Nice lobby setup, rooms are spacious. They are just starting to get run down and need deep cleaning. Pool area was nice and light but again needed extra attention to cleaning facilities. Charging for parking $23/$29 for self vs valet was unexpected.
