When I book this hotel i wanted the king bed and also had a pool and hot tub. When arriving there we where told that they over book and have to put us in a queen room and didnt offer a any kind of a refund since it when we booked the king it did coast more. Was told they could refund us the money and stay somewhere else. We decided to stay anyway. After dinner we decided to go to the pool and hut tub, that was a huge mistake. The pool was freezing cold and there where kids in the hot tub playing. Once the parents finally got them to stop we got in, the hot tub water was luke warm at best the jets did not work and to to make it even worse it was so dirty, you could see particles and hair floating around we immediately got out went back to our room and scrub down in the shower. Now for the breakfast, they only had cheese omelets and the cheese tasted like the generic slice cheese, sausage was not very hot, the bread was somewhat hard. So we ended up with a bowl of cereal. Needleless to say out of the many Hampton hotels we have stayed at this has been the worse one by far and so not wroth the money.
