The staff is very good! Kind and helpful. Our first room faced the street and was noisy, so they gave us a room on the second floor facing the parking lot. That's the quiet side! Location is super convenient to a walkable downtown and only 7 minutes drive to the airport. Free breakfast was great too.

Dirty bathroom and throw up in the trash can. When I first arrive, I noticed the shower area was dirty and a used washcloth was still hung on the shampoo. I stated I wasn’t going to complain because we are all human and make mistakes. However, the second day I was going to take the trash Out and stuck my hand in a pile of threw up at the bottom of the trashcan. Very disappointed and will not stay there again. The receptionist stated what do you want me to do about it?

We requested months ago 2 rooms close to each otger and they gave us rooms on different floors. 1 toilet clogged in tge afternoon and they did not fix it until the next day and because we asked again. Poor service

Disappointing stay. I reserved a king bed and received two queens. The desk chair was broken. The shower handle was broken. The couch did not look clean. They also started charging for parking in the hotel parking lot. While the price was good, I will not be returning to this hotel.

It’s good
The room was nice but there was something sticky on the carpet in the middle of the floor. Our key to our door only worked after trying about 20 times. And we weren’t aware that it was $15 a night to park in their parking lot until after we arrived. The pool area was nice and the workout area was great. Breakfast was good each morning and the staff was terrific.

VERY short staffed! Breakfast was good. The staff they had were good, just not enough. We had a problem with our air conditioner and had to wait over 12 hours for it to be repaired. The hallways were hot. There is a pool but no hot tub.

After a very long day of travel went to check in and the girl was helping someone on the phone. I believe we waited more than 15 minutes for her. She apologized and comped our parking. She should have taken the callers phone number and called her back

In a nutshell, didn’t get the assessable time I requested. They blamed me for purchasing the room from a third party (Expedia). They was lied too and told I got the hearing assessable room instead of a handicap assessable room. Which was a lie because all assessable rooms are marked. Never again!
