Room was horribly hot. Air conditioning was broken. Front desk and maintenance tried to fix it. Was unable to. They couldn’t give us a different room because they were sold out. Brought us up a box fan and a small desk fan. Room for up to 79 degrees. When asked about a refund/discount/credit the manager was very dismissive and said “hotels.com will send you a receipt”

I drove 3 hrs and when I went to check in they stated they overbooked and didn't have a room for me. They claim they attempted to call me but couldn't give me a date of this "attempt". I never received a voicemail, nor was there any correspondence via Expedia in the TWO months they had to contact me about not being able to accommodate my booking. My reservation was never cancelled. I had to book the last room at another hotel and 2 of my travel companions had to sleep on the floor.

The hotel was VERY convenient!!! Lots of great shops/restaurants within walking distance. We were in town for college baseball and the stadium was literally across the street! Loved that!!! The roomwas nice, just afew things need to be changed, went to use ice bucket and ut was full of trash from previous stay, and went to use coffeee maker and old nasty used filter was left in it. Other than that it was nice!
