Experience was great the woman who checked me in was very helpful. She informed me that I could cancel my parking pass for the Matt Rife show and instead pay to park in the hotel parking lot, which was good to know because I didn’t have to walk very far at all Because the CHI center is so close and convenient. The trip was just a great overall experience.

The hotel itself was very nice. Breakfast was good and had many options for our family of five. The only complaint I have is we were facing Cummings street and it was very noisy at night when trying to sleep. It kept us all awake the three nights we were there. Overall a good experience besides that.

Property is in a crime and homeless area of town. We had to wait 1.5hrs past check in time for our reserved room. We also paid parking for 2 nights at the hotel. The second night we had no parking and had to park on a unsafe street with our kids. The room wasnt very clean with pubic hair still in bath area. They also charged my card an additonal 120.00 on top of what I booked it for 2 weeks earlier. Wont be back.

I never had to park and pay for parking and have to walk across two properties to get to mine at midnight. Breakfast was an absolute joke!! Bathroom wouldn’t flush so I had to fix that myself. As a Hilton Honnor member I am incredibly disappointed!!! I guess it will be the Marriott moving forward for my traveling needs.

The room I selected was not available when I showed up. I picked a king size bed and got a room with 2 queen beds. Just understand you may not get what you booked for. The front desk let me know she couldn’t do anything about it and that in would’ve to talk to Hotels.com since I booked it there. Don’t expect service from the hotel as they say they can do nothing as far as this is concerned.

The hotel room was nice. The beds were okay. We were kept up by a dog barking in the room next to us until midnight and by young children running up and down the hall until after midnight. We woke up several times through the night because of cars doing burnouts and racing on the street outside the hotel.

We were so excited to see how nice and spacious the room was! The only complaint that we have is that we had to pay $15 a night for parking and had to make our own parking spot, and that there is no hot tub on the property. The hotel is in a great location and we would stay here again!
