Heater was broken, lights in bathroom flickered like a strobe light, hook broke off in bathroom. Stated the room would be handicap accessible. Only one poorly placed grab bar and no height adjustable or handheld shower head as listed. No communication from hotel when I stated my grievances. The owner’s Maserati parked in front of entrance with another car so I had a hard time loading elderly parents and luggage when leaving. This is not hospitality. Most expensive yet worst hotel we stayed at on our trip.

The room was not turned over when we checked in; both beds were slept in/unmade and there was unflushed feces in the toilet. This was at 4:30 PM. The desk staff told us the room could not be cleaned because the cleaning staff had left and wouldn't be back until the morning and there were no other rooms available.

I liked the location. I didnt like how the room wasnt the cleanest, grime and dirt in corners, hairs in the shower, and the guy who checked us in was incredably rude.
