Needs work

Usually we do not write reviews, but there were many concerns at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. However, the hotel is very run down. The lobby, fitness room, and pool area all need updates and a thorough cleaning. Our room and bathroom were not clean and also run down. The TV’s did not work, the tiles in the bathroom were loose and one family member cut their foot on it. The toilet is loose. The shower curtain rod is falling down. The shower dripped all night. There was rust in the bathroom. There was mold and dirt on the pullout bed. One bed was broken and a piece of the frame cut one family member’s leg. It could be nice hotel overall but just needs a lot of maintenance work and a deep cleaning.

Hopeful but let down

I was going to stay two nights but after I paid $28 suddenly there was more fees they wanted and so I go let's do 1 night and last swore as soon as we checked out it would be returned asap..but it wasn't and so we had to cut our trip to only a night and wasn't happy at all and still have not received my $$ back ...very very pissed

Impressed with the cleanliness of the building as a whole. Breakfast was decent and hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and well maintained. Checking in and out was a smooth process. My only complaint was the pullout sofa mattress was stained. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

We were very happy with this 2 night stay with our dogs! We found our place in Omaha, about 180th and Center, near my dad. The fee for 2 dogs for the entire stay is $50. The property is in a nice part of town, quiet, all staff we encountered were polite, professional, friendly. They have a nice hot (and cold) breakfast. Behind the hotel is a rather large wooded area (that is fenced off 40 or so feet behind hotel-if you have recall, a dream place for puppers to explore) and next door. There is a LOT of room to walk them on leashes as well behind, some mowed and some fun tall grass. Our room was clean and in working order, as well as rest of inside and outside of hotel. There is a good sized pool, no hot tub, a nice exercise room. The price was appreciatively very reasonable too. Its about 30 min to Lauritzen Garden and area from hotel. Thank you Holiday Inn.

Adequate Hotel Stay

Location in a nice part of town. Hotel is adequate, wouldn't say great. Old, looking a little run down. Leaking windows in the entrance with towels mopping up water. Room bathroom fan sounded like it was laboring and old. There were a couple of bugs as well. My wife probably would have not wanted to stay once I found a couple of bugs.
