Check in service quick, friendly. Hotel is very busy. Beer spilled in elevators on our way up to from, still there on way back down. Halls smell heavily of marijuana. Room not clean-floors don’t appear to have been mopped, stains on furniture, generally not super clean. Staff appears to be working hard.

It cost an additional $15 to park in the hotels parking lot. In the parking lot we were approached by a gentleman asking for money.Fire alarm started going off at 2 am and continued on and off until we checked out.

I didn’t like the smell in the hallways and room. The pool needed vacuuming due to what seemed like sand or gritty chemicals around the edges and throughout the pool. Some in the hot tub. The room we had was with a ‘city view’ and was extremely loud on Friday night. At one time it sounded like a jackhammer was in our room and the walls and window was vibrating and rattling. We didn’t know what was going on.

Overall was great! Just had some ants in our room, (just like 15 or so) I didn’t complain about it though. Half expected some as most children run around with food. (Not hotels fault, I think the parents should clean up after their kids and themselves). Most importantly No bed bugs or cockroaches! Burger theory was great for supper. Love the orange leaf! Like the mini arcade!! HATE the parking!! I knew it might be an issues based on the reviews, honestly thought they may have been complainers, but we had to park two lots over after being at the zoo all day. Drove around the lots for 30 minutes looking for a spot, before asking hotel host what we are supposed to do, the spots that are there are also super tight. Absolutely love the friendliness of all the staff!!! From the front desk to all the maintenance, always pleasant and kind. I really appreciate that. Love they had good soaps! Pool is smaller, too chilly for me, but the kids loved it along with the slide, they had a lot of fun! I did not get in the hot tub either, good sized but FULL, lots of younger kids. I would stay there again but maybe uber to go to places so we have a parking spot, after all you have to pay to park! I would encourage you to give them a try, but give the hotel and their staff some grace as it is after all geared towards children for entertainment! Thank you!

You have to pay for everything — breakfast, parking, and even the coffee machine didn’t work properly. Every car that passed by would wake us up because it felt like sleeping with the window wide open. Other than that, the service was good, but the room was not properly cleaned.

Customer service was prompt and great at the front desk. The hinges on the cupboard drawer that hides the mini refrigerator in our room had some damage but other than that, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable!!

Friendly staff

The staff was incredibly friendly and my youngest had a good time at the pool. The bathrooms could use a deep clean but the beds were comfortable and clean. There was an alarm going off in the middle of the night, sounded like a fire alarm but the alarms in hallways didnt appear to be the source.
