The hotel was fantastic experience with a great stay overall. You can tell the hotel has aged and repairs visible and a linger smell in the hallway. But overall I plan on coming back with my family.

Staff was rude when explaining the fees. I did call in the morning asking about the room and was never told about the fees. Its unnecessary I have to pay 15$ for parking.

In the first room the sink was clogged and the AC was not working. We were given a 2nd room. It smelled musty. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience of having to change rooms. The room was very noisy at night I could hear activity in the hall. On the day we checked out they could not find the luggage carrier. They did not have coffee available at 8:30 when I was checking out.

Great family experience! Had a great view of the stadium and 4th of July fireworks from the room and toddler had a lot of fun at the indoor water park! Needless to say he slept like a baby afterwards! Including breakfast in the price would make it even better! 😉

Disappointing

Pool area was rather dirty. Slide and playground dirty. A lot of the features on the playground didn’t work. Asked for rooms with doors side by side and wouldn’t accommodated. Room above is was extremely loud and had to call the front desk 3 times. They said others were complaining too but nothing happened so we didn’t sleep. Two of the family members got food poisoning from hotel restaurant burger theory and the yogurt shop ran out of yogurt. Just disappointing as my family never gets the opportunity to do this.
