It was convenient and the Waterpark was fun. Burger Therory has great food. Only had packet for 1 coffee but otherwise the room was spacious and clean. The area did seem a little unsafe as we got there was a homeless guy walking in the middle of the street flipping us off and also approached by a begger.

Awful treatment of guests in their young 20s attending an academic conference at Creighton. One of the room did not have a working toilet or shower, when the front desk was notified they did nothing about it. We had 5 rooms and not a single one was ready at check in time and the last one wasn’t ready until over 5 hours later. Everyone was denied breakfast despite being paid for with the reservation. Steer clear of this place if you want to enjoy your stay in Omaha.

There were a couple of frustrating aspects of this stay. First, was the parking lot. There are signs all over saying you have to pay with your phone. So I did. It was $50 ( this was not in the center of downtown). Then when you check in, they tell you that there was a code that would have gotten us a substantial discount. That would have been great to know BEFORE I had paid. Despite being $50, it was difficult to find a spot when we got back to the hotel around 9:00 on a Saturday night. Part of the problem was that the spaces were narrow, and there were a number of large vehicles. So, even when there were empty spaces, they were unusable. The second issue was how unclean the bathroom was. It smelled of urine, the bath mat did not appear to have been washed, the towels had an unpleasant odor, and there were several long hairs in the tub and on the towels. This hotel has potential. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is attached to a burger restaurant and a frozen yogurt place. There were restaurants in walking distance. The main downtown area was about a mile away. The frustration with the parking and the disgust with the bathroom just canceled out the positives for us.

Great stay! Just slept there mostly but friendly staff. My tv wouldn’t work so they came right up and got me a different remote. Worked after that. Very nice room and stay! I didn’t eat at the restaurant. But convenient and will stay again. Thank you!

Locked reception bathrooms that required a key pin.15 bucks a day parking for an unsecured lot seems steep. We liked the burger shop attached, wanted to try to frozen Yogurt place but never did. Rooms are pretty large but vinyl floors that are cheaply put make it look ugly .just a lot of bad construction and can easily tell the builder doesn't care about esthetics. Rooms were not cleaned very well at all, it wasn't disgusting but definitely random piles of dirt places, bathtub had caulk coming out and brown water marks. Pretty cool looking water park looks very fun for kids , didn't get to use it because our fire alarm went off around 6 am, because of I'm guessing the heater got hot and started smoking. Called front desk and they maintenance couldn't check it out til 8 at the earliest. Smelled a hot electrical smell and we wanted to just get out of there, since no one checked it out. I'm sure my rating would be higher if we got to use the water park with our 2 year old at 9 am, but just felt better to leave asap.
