Alyssa, the check in assistance was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was so cold the night we stayed no one could enjoy it. Out of probably 40 people no one could stand being in the pool due to the temperature. Everyone was in the large yet not large enough for all the people there because the pool was unenjoyable. Everything was find and what you would expect from a hotel in that location.

Nice place

Clean and comfortable room and bed. Our king room was large. Parking was tricky at night, as the lot was full. The pool was very very cold, so no one could swim in it, not even the kids. We were disappointed in that. The hot tub was hot, but crowded because the pool was cold, and the kid’s play area water was tolerable. We still enjoyed the water park area. Would stay again.

Pool freezing cold kiddos couldn’t swim

The hotel rooms were very nice,clean, and comfortable. I really like the orange leaf in the hotel. I think 14.99 for a hotel breakfast is crazy when it didn’t offer anything extra a normal hotel offers for free. The pool area was good but the pool was so cold kids and adults couldn’t swim at all. So all kids were swimming in the hot tub so adults could even use the hot tub. So frustrating not being able to swim the whole reason we picked the hotel and couldn’t enjoy it. Never staying again until they fix the cold water.

We chose this property because of the pool. Unfortunately, the main pool was very cloudy. We couldn't see more than 1-2 feet into it, and definitely could not see the bottom. The room was very large, beds were super comfy. Unfortunately, the room mini-fridge was not working and the thermostat did not work well either. First night was very cold and next night was so hot we were sweating. We did not like that we had to pay for parking AND breakfast. Also disliked that we could not pay with cash for breakfast. The servers were great. Overall, its a clean room but still needs improvements.

Great except for the remote

Great location. Has a strong chlorine smell, but there IS a waterpark. Just know in advance. The only issue was the main TV by the bed did not having a working remote control and instead was stuck on a Catholic mass.

The staff is great!

We were there overnight and had to be at the airport by 3am. I asked if someone could walk my daughter and I to our car. The gal at the front didn’t hesitate, and said sure I will walk you out. She stood there while my daughter went through her bag to get something. I was so thankful for her.

There was blood on the walls and dirt and chocolate all over the floor when we arrived. We were given a new room and that floor was also dirty. We were on the 3rd floor and you can hear every footstep of the guests above you. I was also disappointed that there was minimal parking and I had to pay for it.

When we got to our room it was noticeably not cleaned, there was still crumbs and things on the ground. We were told that our room costs a certain amount and then the front desk attendant tried to take more money off my card, then when I asked about the charges he explained. I was there for two mornings and ate breakfast for free one of those mornings only to be told the very next day that I had to pay. I have no problems with this policy but maybe try to train your staff to explain things and do things the same way so that you aren’t confusing the guests.

Nice hotel and was able to check in early to use the pool. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would have been nice to have breakfast included and easier free parking but was very nice and worth it!
