When we arrived we were told that parking would have to be paid separately that was $15.00 which is fine but when we got to the room, the floor was sticky, hair in the bathroom and black marks on the sheets aside from that the room was spacious and bed was comfy.

Where do we start, well, here’s a little list my partner & I put together: Sleeping for 6, one office chair. No table. No coffee table, no chairs. No couch. No privacy, a one room suite, no sitting area No bedside table No freezer Sink drain plugged Old party decorations still hanging No bath mat No paper and pen No bible Dead batteries in remote control Here are some of the issues: Upon entry to the hotel shortly after midnight, I startled the desk clerk whom was obviously not paying attention to the lobby.. Then, after asking where the luggage dollies were to load in, I was told they were “all in rooms”, and they gave us a laundry bin.. Well, all good, improvise, right?? Umm, we have a 50 pound cooler full of elk meat, and our large suitcases than are around 40 pounds, needless to say my partner threw out her back, good times.. Regarding the room layout (we did ask for a different room, and we were abruptly told “there are no other rooms”), anyways, we upped the cost of our stay to a “suite”, as we were traveling with our 4 year old.. Suite?? Nope. It was one large room with two king beds & a trundle, one office chair and a small rolling desk table; (back to improvisation), we took the ironing board, a footstool and aforementioned office chair into the closet/entryway to eat our late dinner as the little one needed to sleep in the “grand room” (ok, it was the only room..) I rarely, actually, never, give 1-star reviews, this one was unfortunately deserved..

Nice hotel however, the front desk gave us a code to use to pay for parking (which is annoying that we have to pay for parking at a hotel we’re already paying for) which was supposed to give us a discount. I knew we’d have to pay because online it said $25 parking fee. But when we went on to pay it was $50. Absolutely insane for spending the night at a hotel.

We had a quick stop over in Omaha and stayed at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was decorated for the holidays and very cute. The room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed! The hotel is clean, but a little worn. We enjoyed our stay.

The room temperature was set at 55 in the winter, room was freezing and never warmed up.. when booking it never mentioned that I had to pay for parking, and go thru nonsense to pay for it… staff had to switch me rooms due to the fact that there was no heat

The 2nd floor was very loud. There must have been a birthday party there so kids running from one room to another. Also my heater did not work. I arrived at 4:45 and the room never warmed up even though the thermostat on the wall said the heat was on.

Reading previous review we didn't have very high expectations to start out with, so perhaps that's what made it so easy for them to surpass all of our expectations. My kids loved the waterpark, and unlike other comments, we didn't have any issues with the water being too cold. The room was clean and well maintained. Our only issue was with the toilet leaking between the bowl and the tank. Maintenance came up and fixed it immediately.
