Room was so nice and big, spotless and every staff member our family interacted with was fantastic. Definitely our favorite hotel in the Old Market. Only disappointment was no shuttle to State Wrestling this year due to short staffing issues. But it was totally understandable.

The room was nice, the beds were comfy and the shower was awesome. Less awesome are the doors. They are heavy and slam shut unless you hold them. And most people staying at the same time as us didn’t. Even after midnight. The walls are also thin enough to hear everything in the hallways and some of the other rooms. Bring noise cancelling headphones or something to drown out noise and it is a great place to stay.

I had a great stay thanks to the incredibly friendly staff and the hotel's excellent overall condition, which felt modern and very well-maintained. The airport shuttle service was a major highlight, punctual, professional, and made my travel day stress-free. The only downside was that it can be a bit noisy due to nearby construction, so light sleepers might want to pack earplugs, but the quality of service and convenience still make this a fantastic choice.
