Way over-priced!

I am not the type to leave reviews like this, but for an expensive hotel, this was a true let down. First, i did a reserve now and pay later amd they tried to charge me a higher rate and $100 more than my hotels.com receipt. The ironing board was broken and it just wasnt nice enough to be prices that much. I will not stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about this property! Facilities were immaculant, staff (special shout out to Lamar!) was the friendliest I've ever encountered, and I travel a decent amount!! Nick was so nice and super helpful getting us to dinner. I would put this property at the top of your list of places to stay!

I wish I could live in this hotel

I’ve left reviews about this hotel before and my opinion has not changed. I stay in hotels in downtown Omaha quite often and this is still, and probably will always be my all time favorite place to stay. I could go on for days about how much I love Hotel Indigo. The high ceilings, the big windows, the large bathrooms/showers, the service, the property, and even the room keys. I love it all. There’s only been one time where I wasn’t very happy with the room I had, but I’m pretty sure that’s just because of the type of room I picked on the app. I’m also not usually the type of person to go to the trouble of asking about switching rooms - but I was that day and they completely understood and did switch my rooms with no trouble and no extra cost. I was very grateful for the ease of it because I did feel pretty bad for bothering them with something so silly

Great stay in downtown Omaha

Great stay! Very clean, smelled wonderful, plenty of staff and all were very friendly. Anna’s speakeasy is a good experience as well! We chose to park on the street and use the ParkMobile app instead of paying for valet service, and in hindsight, probably would have just paid the $30 per day for that. We spent less on parking overall but it was a hassle finding spots, with having to park about 3 blocks away after getting back from our concert around 11:30 pm on Saturday night.

We loved the look of the property and the staff was super friendly. Unfortunately the hotel was very noisy. There were guests screaming and laughing in late hours and we could hear everything in our room. There was also a motorcycle racing in the streets over and over and we could hearing everything. Also the valet service though they were nice was very slow and the fridge in our room was so small I couldn’t put my food leftovers inside of it. Nice hotel, nice staff but too noisy for us.

Comfort in the details

This is my ideal hotel! The location in downtown Omaha was perfect for walking, close to shops, food, art. In this case, Easter weekend, we were right across the street from a lovely old Catholic church. The amenities rival much pricier hotels. The room was quiet, roomy, and eco friendly with the pump bottles for soap, shampoo, lotion. I highly recommend this venue and the hotel Indigo group in general
