Situated in historic Old Market district, walking distance from the Old Market. The hotel is quiet, and for a centuries old structure, is amazingly well renovated to provide modern comforts with the older decor. Onsite restaurant is available - but beware that this is a hot venue for weddings, given its charm!

Our stay was wonderful. Rooms were clean and beds, pillows and linens are perfect. The wedding party was extremely loud until 0100 this morning, but not the hotels fault. The bartender whom suggested to try his summer mixer with pineapple and ginger beer, try it! It was amazing. Beautiful place.

I liked everything about the stay, but they didn't have an early shuttle at 3 AM to get me to airport for 5 AM flight. they did recommend a taxi that was prompt and inexpensive instead.

The staff was very friendly and exceptionally professional. However, the hotel looks like it used to be very nice, however is now worn down. The neighborhood feels unsafe with many homeless and other suspicious looking people around the hotel - some in only their underwear. Worse, despite it being the 4th of July, there was no celebration or even mention of our great country’s Independence, but rather LGBT flags everywhere and on their website. When will businesses learn how offensive and repulsive this is to most Americans to discriminate based on who people like to have sex with? How is this even relevant? Why not celebrate our country’s Founding Father’s and independence instead? This is something everyone can celebrate.

This historic hotel was definitely a surprising gem. The surrounding area of the city was a bit sketchy but the property itself was wonderful. Comfortable rooms, beautiful decor, convenient restaurant.

I have stayed at this property for over 20 years...and it closest Historic Hotel near the Old Market in Omaha. The Hotel has Excellent Staff and a Great General Manager that gives great service. The Place was SPOTLESS... Recent Improvements in your Restaurant both Menu and Decor Changes were Noted and deserve A 5 Star Rating. Your Restaurant Designer choice of Furniture Design ,Color and Placement have your dining room a stunning IMPROVEMENT and makes you now feel like your sitting in an upscale NY City Restaurant,but without the high prices. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST VALUE IN OMAHA.
