Hotel was clean, however, Size of room was like my closet at home. Waste management comes around at 4a.m. (dumpster outside my window) i though we were under attack! I was able to hear conversations in the lounge area from my room on the 2nd floor. Lounge is open until 1a.m. No shuttle service to or from the airport. Had to call a cab for myself to & from. You get the general idea of the poor rating...

Location was good. You could walk almost everywhere in the market area. We had trouble controlling the air vent and it was freezing unless we turned temperature up to over 70. Air vent blew right on the bed and the air was cold.

Great hotel stay that was comfortable, modern & clean. 4 stars for customer service because I felt the gentleman at the front desk, who initially said reach out for anything you need, and when later asking for an extra pillow, I got a shoulder shrug when extras weren’t available ☹️

Room small (as expected) but communal area was nice and large—a nice spot to enjoy the complementary coffee and free drink token. Parking garage across the street was only $21 for overnight. Area was noisy (could hear a lot on 4th floor) but not terrible.

Don't Ask For A Taxi

The reception was unable and not helpful to book me a taxi to the airport as I don't have Uber. They were happy to leave me stranded, only by pushing and using my own phone I was able to book a taxi. A stress I did not need given a long day back to the UK.

Free m&m’s, not a great mattress, square toilet.

First off, I wanna make it clear that the Services outstanding and every single employee that I came across was wonderful and helpful. I love the vibe of the bar downstairs, and I love the fact that the employees multitask so well. The only reason I give this hotel four stars is because the mattress is not that comfortable, the hvac is a bit noisy, the bathroom is small with a tiny wash basin that causes me to splash water all over the floor, and I haven’t quite made my mind up about the square toilet. The room itself is very small, at least the one I had. This is not a complaint on my end and not a reason I would give it four stars instead of five, but I do feel it necessary to mention it so that people can be prepared for a very small room. No fault of the hotel itself, but by virtue of its location, there is a lot of street noise if you have a room that faces the street. I would definitely return. I think if my mattress and pillows had been more comfortable, I would have nudge this place up to five stars despite some of the tiny bathroom features and noisy HVAC system. Also, free M&M’s in the lobby cannot be overstated enough!
