Good Value
Good place for the money, but limited amenities. Noisy AC needs maintenance or replacement. Staff was friendly and everything fairly clean but run down. Perfect for an overnight stay, but wouldn't recommend for an extended stay.

The service was terrible. Couldnt understand him. No help at all. We walked in our room and it had a VERY strong musty smell. The beds were dirty. No toilet paper holder. Closet was just a rack that was only held by one screw on one side. Everything was digusting. We walked back downstairs to tell him to cancel becasue it was sooooooo bad. No help once again. I dont know how they pass inspections.

I wanted to sleep and we got there around 1245am and we got the key to the room and entered the room and it wa smelly and the AC did not work and literally bugs on the walls and carpet. I’m easy to please bug bugs are insane. Complained gave us a second room AC not working and dirty room like someone has been in there. Third room AC worked but bugs on walls and floor. Slept with out clothes on and above the sheets. Will never stay there again.

The elevators didn’t work half the time I’m in a wheelchair so I can’t go up and down the stairs there was cockroaches. It was nasty gross never went. I’ll stay there again.

The shower was filthy. The carpets needed a carpet cleaning (the carpet was very sticky in several places, like maybe pop had been spilled on it). The free breakfast was a joke, the sausage gravy was like wallpaper paste. There were no fruits, eggs, dry cereal or juices. Hallway carpets were very stained.

This property must be the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. Not only that but the air conditioner had a belt loose so made loud sounds every 15 -20 min very loud which woke me each time! The place stunk like horrible food

There was a very kind gentlemen who tried to make our stay better because our first room was humid and terribly hot. Then they moved us and there was roaches in the room we did not stay after we saw that.

Disgusting from the jump! Told me that I was a late checkin even though I had made the reservation around 8pm and was up at the front desk trying to check in at 8:42pm. Spent the next hour trying to check in finally get to the room bugs crawling all over bed. Moved rooms. Then the elevator stopped working. Rained outside and water was gushing into the room and on top of the AC unit. Checkout time was a disaster! Housekeeping came into the room by 830 talking about checkout time when it was for 11am. I already had requested a late checkout due to dealing with the front desk prior: I will NEVER stay here again!!! Waste of money

The mold smell coming out of the air conditioner was awful. The guy at the front desk said they didn’t have anymore rooms due to massive power outage. I could not breathe in the room so opted to leave and endure the heat and no electricity rather than stay and get sick. They refused to refund my $ thru expedia. I was there for 2 hours and had to pay for 3 nights!
