Tv didn’t work and the front desk said “too bad , room only for sleeping”. Saw 2 different bugs crawling around. There was also a half drank sprite still in the refrigerator. No soap and towels were dirty. Bad place to go.

This was a very poorly run place. It was not clean at all, door frames were rusty, paint was poor, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was crusty things on the carpet, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned, all drains were very slow, the tub had a dirt ring in it, the carpet transitions were loose. The north exit door would not open from the inside and the swipe key would not open it from the outside. The hotel person had to open it then prop it open to be used. We have stayed in other Wyndom hotels and Super 8’s and had no issues. I was even extorted for $30.00 cash because we wanted a 1st floor room instead of a 3rd floor room due to my wife’s limited walking due to cancer. I did post this request on Expedia’s reservation form, I guess no one bothered to read it. I hope someone takes time to respond to this post.

The hotel was dirty. There were cigarette burns on the sheets. The staff was not friendly and barely spoke English. I told them we had already paid for our room and had out reservation pulled hip and still were going to charge us for our room.

HORRENDOUS- HORRIBLE…confirmed booking - showed up at hotel - was told no rooms available ?? AFTER confirmation - then was told card wouldn’t be charged - guess what card was charged - disputed it - hotel blamed hotels.com - hotels.com blamed hotel and no one wanted to address - BEWARE - don’t stay here or even attempt to - HORRIBLE. Contacted hotel NUMEROUS times as was hung up on - HORRENDOUS!!!

Place was deceptively nice but the room wasn’t. Shower was dirty, exhaust fan didn’t work and there was a bar below that played music until 1:00 am. We checked out the next morning and went to the Wyndham Baymont close by.
