I was hoping that the two story room would be on the ground floor... they are not. But, it was pleasant. I see they are remodeling and that's good as the rooms I had needed help.

Walking distance from the university, the area feels very safe, even at night, there are various options for eating right outside the hotel, there is a Target Crossing the street. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the bed was very comfortable. They offer a good breakfast, simple, with various options, and enough, so you don't have to get something else outside.

THEY KEEP COPY OF ID for a whole year. probably to sell your info. very unsecure in a drawer....zero privacy. very risky! they have no good reason to do this at all management lady is kinda rude. she claims its policy of company...not true at all..its THEIR policy. AVOID. awful management

The best power about the property was we could go right into our door. The bedding was dirty and had holes in it. It is not premium bedding. We went out and actually bought some blankets our stay. I don’t travel with a hairdryer anymore and they wanted to charge $50 to use one. It’s not listed online with other fees. Their pet fee says $30 for your stay. They charged me $75. A lot of unfinished half done work in the room, missing the closet door, shower sort of worked. Growing up in Omaha, I know the area well and wasn’t that concerned, one homeless guy sitting out on the stairs one morning. Otherwise the property is fairly quiet.

Upon entering the room, there was an indistinguishable odor that was not terribly pleasant. Also- there was some water leaking in the wall between the shower and the sink. Possibly from the 2nd floor. Also- the shower wasn't all that great either.

The photo used to promote this property is misleading. The majority of buildings around this property looked very run down. Entering the building to check in, the office area was completely unorganized. The additional safety locks on the front door were removed only leaving the combination lock on the door knob as the only way of securing myself and belongings inside. While the room seemed to be clean and stocked with the essentials, it was the individuals in the adjacent units who apparently live on this property that made me concerned for my safety. Stay away from this property.

I really hate to leave negative reviews, but my family was greeted with bugs right as we opened the door. We continued to see more bugs on a living space table, wall to the bathroom, and even on the floor when my daughter went to retrieve an ear ring she dropped on the floor. The carpet had old stains and the additional pull out couch had no bedding. The kitchenette had almost nothing stocked, so cooking would have been difficult and, last but not least, the utility door in the bathroom was warped and maybe moldy or just dirty. My family would have left immediately, but we checked in at 1am and were too tired to look for another place. We checked out the next day and went to a different hotel.

Rough. People partying all night doing stupid stuff. Woke us up several times. Good luck trying to request anything. Requested refills for bathroom al three nights I was there. Kept telling me it would be done. Not very good at all. Sorry but would pay double to stay at a more comfortable place. Don't usually write reviews but this was bad enough to do so.
