Check-in time was 3:00. We arrived at 3:25 and the gal at the desk asked if we would take a room with 2 queens rather than the room with a king bed that we had booked. She stated that the rooms with the king beds hadn't been cleaned yet. We argeed only because our toddler was getting restless and we needed to get to a room. The gal at the desk gave us the room key and told us the wifi password was on the sleeve. Didn't give us general directions of where the room was. The a/c unit in our room was dirty. Dried food or liquid was splattered on it. Bed was comfortable but would have been better if there were more pillows (each bed had 2 small pillows). We were not given any info regarding breakfast. We went to the breakfast area at 7:25 the next morning and absolutely nothing was set out. As we were walking away, the man at the desk quickly set our some mini muffins. We went back to our room and packed up our stuff
Cons: Breakfast was 4 mini muffins in a bag from Walmart and the juice was chunky. Hallways were very hot and smelt bad. Side doors were not lock most of the time, the night they were the key cards did not even work. Used Kleenex where the Kleenex box was supposed to be. The room door was loud to open and close, needed some WD-40. There was a washcloth covering the smoke detector. No buckets for ice. No pool. Pillows were tiny and flat.
Pros: AC in the rooms worked well, but noisy. Beds were ok.
There’s an awful smell throughout the hotel and in the room too, room was clean but the bathroom was dirty.

Don’t have any type of security to get into the hotel, so in all reality anyone could walk in.
I definitely didn’t think it was worth the price they charge
It was ok. Bed was super soft, sheets were ok. We had 3 small pillows snd we asked for am extra pillows. And was told they didn’t have a6. There seemed to be no exterior locks on outside doors. No ligjt or connections on one side of night stand.
The entry way was overwhelmed with odor of cooking that stunk. They have a thick piece of plexiglass with a 3 inch hole to talk thru. They gave my room away. Put us in a basement room that was very disgusting. Comforter had stains all over it. Walls & door had old holes in them. No closet. Carpet felt nasty. Dresser was disintegrating & drawers wouldn't close. Wall safe was sticking out in the open. Very nasty place. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES!! The outside of the building was run down. Looks like a place that rents rooms hourly. Do NOT use this place. We told them we were leaving and they immediately said they'd give a refund. Can't say how nasty it was. Tried to upload photos, but the app won't let me.
Shower hardware was broken. Left without able to shower. Mentioned to the front desk and he apologized but since the reservation was made through Expedia, there is nothing they can do.
Worst experience.
The service was fine. The rooms were freshly painted . The place had a bad smell too it and the upkeep around the property was pretty poor. Didn't enjoy being there.
This motel is poorly kept up. The bathroom was not clean. It appears they are attempting to update, but not doing a very good job. The staff on the other hand, were very friendly. Nick at the front desk, was very helpful!
Where do I even begin, for starters, I forewent my final day here and drove 6.5 hours through the middle of the night without a refund simply so I wouldn’t have to stay there another night.
The hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was a smell that just hung. My first room had an air conditioning that was beat up and didn’t work. The staff was nice enough to move me to a different room. In this one the air conditioner was beat up but it did work. It didn’t turn off or have an auto function so I woke up shivering at one point since the paper thin bed covers did nothing to abate the cold.
Speaking of the bed, I always pull back the covers at hotels so as to not bring any special friends home with me. The mattress was DISGUSTING. I was absolutely mortified by the fact that very evidently they’d never taken the mattress topper off to clean beneath it. I had to pull out my phone and zoom in on the dirt that was all over the mattress to make sure it wasn’t bed bugs.
I didn’t shower and I didn’t let my bare feet touch the floor, I’d recommend the same. After all of this nonsense I tried to get a refund for my second night and they said no.
Avoid it unless the other option is… honestly. I can’t think of anything worse. If I had a do over I’d have slept in my car.
