I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!

Eh first room i booked didnt have a door on the restroom so had to change it out. Afterwards the microwave didnt work at first so had to ask for another thay took awhile to receive. One of the beds didnt come with pillows. Lastly the room was never cleaned the whole week I was there.

This hotel was so nasty there was stuff on the light switch in the bathroom, trash under the door between the two rooms, a long hair on my bed, burn holes in the top blanket. It smelled so bad and made me feel uncomfortable that I didn’t even stay there. I have 3 kids and my niece was staying in my second room have a toddler and an infant and we were scared that they would get sick from being there. It also looked like someone had tried to brake in to the room at one time or another!
