I was pleasantly surprised with just how nice the property was for the price being asked. The bed and pillows were probably the MOST comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel.

We first checked in and went to our room and the carpet was soaking wet and the wall paper was peeling off the walls. Room housekeeping over 45 min to come still hadn’t so we just requested a new room

When I first arrived, the room was missing the coffee maker and had a strong musty smell. We were able to get the coffee make upon request, but had to remove a moldy sheet from the closet on our own.

I have never written a negative review, I don't believe in trashing a business but this place is awful. The front desk person was nice. The hotel is disgusting. My floor had large stains all over, was crunchy, the mattress was broken and had a large slit in it, the water was barely lukewarm, and there was a hair in my bed. I only stayed one night and left in the morning.

Vonnie at the front desk is really kind ! In the past they require a deposit and they will work with you! Today she ok d a cancelled trip by Expedia ( full refund ) The rooms are above average and the breakfast is great !!!!!!!!!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Within minutes of arriving, I witnessed what looked like a drug deal happening right outside the front entrance. The entire property reeked of weed and cigarette smoke — in the hallways, in the rooms, and even inside the pool area. People were partying loudly in their rooms all night, and the chaos extended down to the pool area, where groups were blasting music and drinking like it was a club. To make things worse, the pool itself was ice cold and completely uninviting. As for the room… absolutely filthy. The sheets were clearly not washed, and there was a stain in the chair that looked like a mix of blood and urine. It was honestly disturbing. I didn’t feel safe, comfortable, or clean for even a second during my stay. Avoid this place at all costs — it’s not worth the risk to your health or safety.
