Called multiple times along our 9 hour drive to make sure that us getting there late (4:30am) was okay and was assured that we should have no issues checking in, only to learn that our reservation was deleted when we arrived. Key card did not work after first use, and when we tried to have it fixed we were told that it was because we had arrived late. Air conditioner in room did not work and kept making a very loud popping noise, holes in hallway patched with trash bags and blue tape, trim in room held on in places with blue tape, ice machine on our floor was non-functional, and our key cards did not work at any of the side entrances. Also the dude who checked out right in front of us was overcharged $130 for his stay and told it was “probably because he paid with a gift card.” Wasn’t expecting the ritz but at least thought this would be a decent stay, guess not.

Absolute crap
The lobby was amazing then you get too your room with the carpet that looks like it's never been washed. They tried to charge my card 50 dollars a day the entire time I stayed there food thing I locked my card so they couldn't. Breakfast was discusting. Never again

The facility was easy to get to. The hallways and room definitely needed to be vacuumed. Around the A/C unit I wiped off what appeared to be black mold but wasn't sure.

Our room had a few dead bugs on the bathroom floor when coming in, there were carport stains that were sticky. The beds were very comfy, the shower water pressure was not the strongest, the walls were thin I could hear our neighbor next door and their kids, and the people on the other side flush or turn on their shower. Cleanliness of hallway and elevator could have been a little more maintained

Room was clean and quiet. Hotel staff was professional and friendly. I recommend scrambled eggs for breakfast rather than hard boiled. I will stay here again!

Wonderful place and amazing staff!
The staff is amazing and friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. I stayed for several weeks working and it was quiet, spacious, and accommodating.
