If I were I teacher, I’d give this hotel a grade of D-, barely passing and needs improvement. Although functional, and after checking the bed, it was found to be clean and comfortable, that’s about all that can be said for this place. The furniture would be difficult to give away for free on Facebook Marketplace. I have no words to describe the carpet or the rest of the decor, empty nails on the walls where there was likely hotel-style art, filthy baseboards, un-dusted surfaces, etc. The carpet in the hallways was visibly dirty and the carpet on the stairs was worn through on some of the edges. Breakfast was in a large room and started very early (5:30am) because they have a lot of guests who are construction workers and they need to get an early start. It included the standard coffee/tea and creamers, waffles and toppings, instant oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, cheap pastries, etc.

A night in Omak

Fresh fruit (Banana Apples, oranges) would be great.There was a fair selection of food to choose, Hot biscuits and gravy, fresh Waffles, toast,pastry, bagels, yogurt, cold cereal, juices,Hot coffee. Bed and pillows quite comfortable. Staff from front desk, cleaning and maintenance were great 👍 The restaurant Next door was very good also.

The motel was nice and clean. The beds were very loud and made a crinkling sound, so every time someone moved you woke up. The breakfast was very basic, no fruit.

For the price this is an excellent place. Rooms are clean very comfortable. It even has a clean pool and hot tub for the price. Continental breakfast is super convienient. All in all, comfortable and excellent value for money

Staff helped make several trips upstairs with my baggage and equipment. Room and bed ordinary, but refrigerator had a welcome little freezer compartment. Continental breakfast had fruit cocktail and strawberries along with the standard fare. Overall, my experience was better than average.

To begin with, he put us in a room on the second floor. Come to find out there is no elevator. I’m not a young women and can not do stairs while carrying luggage. He was a bit snappy but he did find a room on the ground floor. We go to the room and it smells like a wet dog. The coffee pot reservoir had black specks where the water goes. The fan in the bathroom did not work, and the bathroom light flickered. I pulled the couch away from the wall to use the outlet and it hadnt been cleaned back there for a long while. total waste of money, will never stay again

This is a wonderful place to stay! The price is great! Location is great! Breakfast is good. And for as old as the place is. It’s in pretty good condition . This is usually the ONLY place I stay when headed to Omak. Enjoy my stays EVERY time!

I had a great experience staying at the Omak Inn. Check-in was quick and easy—I’d made a reservation online, and all they needed was my ID, last name, and credit card. Within minutes, I had my room keys, was informed of the property rules, and given details about the complimentary services. The stay was comfortable and everything went smoothly. Check-out was just as simple, and I enjoyed the included breakfast before hitting the road. One thing that really stood out: I had accidentally left behind a pair of hiking boots. The staff reached out to me later that day, but I was out of service range. Once I reconnected, they kindly offered to mail the boots to my home at no charge. That kind of thoughtfulness really made an impression. Overall, I give Omak Inn an A++. Friendly service, smooth experience, and a level of care you don’t always find. Highly recommended!
