The hotel is outdated especially the restroom, the tub is peeling and has mold stains. It was kind of dangerous for my 75 year old mom, very hard to get in and out of the bathtub. We did love the location and the staff was very friendly!

Nice staff and average cleanliness. Morning breakfast is good . There is only 1 working elevator. Needs some maintenance around the hotel. Could be nice hotel again with some repairs. I think value is great however.

Service with style, a smile and professional. From the valet, the front desk, waiters, to room service, best service ever. If you want to be pampered this is the place. And don't forget to dance with the cows.

I was very disappointed on arrival of Veracruz. Our transfer never arrived we had to use a local taxi. We had verification with hotel for pickup. We showed the guest relations. Breakfast staff 2nd day was very unperfessional, she stopped us as we were departing the restaurant. You can see that we stopped going to breakfast because of her. She said , “Wait here. Don’t leave. ‘ in about 6 minutes, she wanted to charge us for breakfast. This lady has glasses, lead waitress. We were very unimpressed by her treatment to us. We loved the cleaning staff, very professional. Thank you.
