The room was clean. The staff are very friendly. The location is convenient (within close walking of the metro station). The only drawback we experienced is that the shower does not have enough pressure. When turned all the way to hot water, the water is very small and lukewarm. When turned in the middle, more water comes but it is cold water.

We stayed at this property after having our crbo canceled last minute and couldnt have been happier with it. We were greeted by Alberto, whose warm and fun personality was just what we needed after the long to do regarding our canceled reservation. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for our luggage and to walk around comfortably. The beds were tempur-pedic mattresses that were fairly comfortable The bathroom was a little odd, with the light switch behind the door and the toilet right next to the wall. However, it did the job and worked well. The water pressure a d temperature were excellent. Though the hotel was located a little bit outside the city center, it was conveniently located near multiple tram and bus stops, so getting around was easy. There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store. Definitely recommend!!

Good service

The room was felt safe and was barely large enough for my partner and I. The bathroom was one of the smallest I have ever seen and was a real squeeze to get to the toilet. The room was old and facilities dated. Air conditioning worked and cooled us although the room smelt mouldy and felt that the air conditioning had mould growing in it. Furthermore there was a loud double thud that came from cars/trucks as they passed over a speed bump or manhole cover which was very loud and annoying from our room.

The property was well maintained and in a good location. Right next to a train station was very helpful! The only negative is there was no lobby space to hang out with our group of six adult family members. Not a big deal, but just something to note.

We had a fantastic stay at Parco San Marco and would definitely recommend it. The food was great and the service from the staff was warm, attentive, and professional. One of the highlights of our stay was the adults-only pool, which was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to relax. Our only criticism is that transportation can be challenging. The resort does not offer a shuttle service, and finding taxis or other transportation options was more difficult than expected. If you plan to explore the surrounding area, renting a car is probably your best option. Overall, the beautiful property, exceptional food, and outstanding service made for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely return.
