Good spot. Clean comfortable and convenient location

Overall we loved our stay at Belle Mer and would recommend. Checkin was tricky- no one available and tried calling number for help and no reply. Had to ask another guest who was staying there what to do. An area of improvement. Eventually had to open a lockbox to get our keys (late message left by email giving instructions on how to access unit). Unit was beachfront- beautiful view, lovely TV area and open plan modern kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. Washer and dryer in unit. Very clean spotless outstanding housekeeping. Handy location with multiple accesses to beachfront and also other direction to city all walkable. Price not inexpensive but reasonable value given the prime location.

Friendly and accomodating staff, clean room, and proximity to tourist attractions

A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast.

The staff are disgustingly rude. Stay here if you want to be locked outside waiting for someone to answer the phone to even check in. We left an item behind so we sent a postage bag for it to be sent back. We sent emails, used the contact us feature on their website, called multiple times and got hung up on. The staff are so rude, give useless excuses and and lie to the guests.

Everything about this booking was easy. The staff were very accommodating with arrival times, the room spotless and amenities as expected. The underground parking isn’t suitable for large cars but there is plenty of street parking.
