We booked a non-smoking room and then we arrived and they told us we were either going to take a smoking room or they were going to cancel the reservation and when we got to our room the surfaces were covered in cigarette Ash and the shower head was held on with tape and the smoke detector was completely covered with plastic it's an unsafe and dirty environment. We woke up with sore throats coughing all night and just generally feeling like crap breathing in the scent of cigarette smoke all night long.

Fantastic service!

I vowed to remember the check in person's name and now I've forgotten. She was absolutely amazing! My daughter had accidently booked a smoking room and she brought this to my attention and moved us. Then as we were driving a huge moving truck she made sure we were close to the oversized vehicle parking area and could see the truck from our room! Above and beyond. This is excellent customer service!

Had reservation told room not available. Requested 1st fl. We are 79 and 76. Put us in 2nd fl. Way in the back and only 2 stairways. Had puppy to walk 2am. Receptionist not helpful. Lots of rooms said it was all full. Did not see evidence. Room was stinky, had to kill flies, the AC was very very noisy. One male worker named Ed offered help with luggage. Nice would not accept tip.

Worst sleep I ever had (or didn’t have) in a motel. The walls are paper thin and there are mound noises that come and go constantly. I’m not a light sleeper but it was nearly impossible for me to get more than 20 minutes at a time. Additionally, there were many bugs in my unit. And for some reason the smoke detector on the ceiling was covered in a plastic bag, which also had bugs in it. My fave broke out in the worst way, I’m assuming from the linens. Needless to say I won’t be coming back. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.
