Won't Stay Here Again

The 8.8 average customer rating and low price is what prompted me to book here. I CAN'T BELIEVE the average rating was 8.8. This place is not clean, you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway due to drafty doorways, and the I wouldn't call the "breakfast" a breakfast. Receptionist stated it was because they "hadn't received their breakfast order yet." It wasn't that much more money to stay at a nearby hotel which I KNOW would've been cleaner and had a healthier breakfast available. Definitely won't stay here again. I didn't sleep at all because everything felt gross.

The first room that I was given, smelled heavy of cat urine. The gentleman gave me another room. That was a little better, but still had an odd smell. Additionally, I was being told that I had to park on the street and not on the property because I had a little small U-Haul trailer. The area that they were requiring me to park had a no parking sign on the street. This was not acceptable for me. When I drove by the hotel this morning from the second hotel I paid for this night, there was tons of parking for me in my small trailer. Was uncalled for. I’m attaching a picture of the street parking that they were trying to get me to park at with the no parking sign.

Shower curtain had mold along the bottom. Tv was not working. Never offered clean towels parking area and entrance to the back door not shoved and very slick. The desk people were wonderful. We have stayed her several times and will not stay again

They had bottled water and lotion in the room that you “can use” with tags on them, buy me for $10 or buy me $24. When I come from a trip I just want to relax and not feel hustled out of my money. That should be left at the market place, not a 4 star hotel experience

Love the larger room with 3 beds, good for family

We stayed in the 3 queen bed room for 3 nights. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was right above the swimming pool so we didn't have to deal with any noisy neighbors below us. The continental breakfast is free even though the Hotel.com website didn't say that. We lived more than 80 miles from the hotel so didn't have to put down a $200 deposit. A $50 fee was supposed to be added and then refunded if no damage was done, but my credit card statement didn't show that $50 was ever charged. The room was completely left alone while we were gone so no cleaning or tidying up was done. We ran out of soap since that wasn't replenished, but overall I would come back here if we needed a place to stay. It's right next to the Home Depot and just across a large parking lot from Walmart. The area felt safe.
