Will not stay there again...
This place is totally dated. There were several issues. The bathtub faucet leaked/dribbled continually. The fridge was miniature and had no freezer compartment. Phone didn't work-at all... just a "beep, beep, beep" - couldn't even call the front desk. The door to the hall did not self close (I didn't notice it right away, so anyone could have followed me right in.) There was no glass turntable in the microwave. The veneer on the bed stand was all bubbled up.... Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

The bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable, the room was at the front where it was loud, noisy and I can hear the utility room next door. I typically love this place but, I may have to change it up. The floor was also dirty and the tv didn’t even work the first night. Totally bummed about this visit

A night in Ontario, Oregon.
Customer service was great and friendly. Breakfast was a bit bare. Worst part about it was the room froze everytime soomeone opened the door. Would have loved more of a selection of items, but we walked away full regardless. Weird rule, if you're from a close proximity to the hotel they charge you $200 cash deposit. Luckily, we weren't, but still made us wonder what the locals did to deserve that.
